Chances are that the ex-president of the United States does not actually believe in much of the nonsense he spouts out, though he sticks to his barely literate rants because, early on, he figured out what his followers wanted to hear, which is right wing racial and misogynistic extremist drivel, and that’s what he shovels at them — double drivel — on a daily basis.
This is akin to Fox executives knowing that the ex-president is a non-stop lying machine, especially regarding the 2020 election, and yet still they permitted his lies to daily pollute the Fox News airwaves, lest they lose their audience (bye-bye Tucker).
In a sense, this open embrace of lies as truth by the GOP is a recent phenomenon and yet, politicians lying is as old as politics itself. The difference might be that the ex-president is not even capable of telling believable lies or no longer sees a need for “plausible deniability.” To be remembered is that in both the 2016 and 2020 elections, he was soundly trounced by millions of voters and votes. It was not akin to Bush v Gore in 2000, in which a few hundred votes separated the two candidates in Florida. Despite that, every Republican is expected to fall in line with the fact-free fraud fantasy, or else? To this day, his acolytes are expected to refer to him as President. Failure to do so places them on his enemies list. And despite the presidentisimo’s many purported crimes, his followers see such criminality and lying as badges of honor.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy best embodies that phenomenon. He’s always known the truth, but fearing the wrath of MAGA followers, he capitulates time and again to the lying king. Spineless, he becomes indistinguishable from the pillow guy, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell or Marjorie Taylor Greene, who should know better, but are politically muffled by a political zombie who resembles Bernie. Not the senator from Vermont, but rather, the one from the 1989 classic comedy: “Weekend at Bernie’s.”
Bernie unexpectedly gets killed in the movie, but the co-stars literally prop him up so they can enjoy their stay at his luxurious beach house for the weekend, so that people not suspect that he’s already dead. Sounds like “Weekend at Mar-A-Lago” could be the next sequel, but who would prop up the moribund politician?
Aside from his cult followers, perhaps at the financial level, a club of billionaires pulls his strings. But at an “intellectual” level, it’s got to be a tossup between Junior or Eric. Either of them would fit the bill as they both are on the dim side and incapable of an intelligent thought. Barron, who most likely writes his social media material, per the ex-president, ”is tall.”
Well, Eric is blonde. Junior is a chip off the old block. And Melania… she doesn’t really care. Do you?
Regarding the ex-president as Bernie, not to be forgotten is that he is a cowardly misogynistic White supremacist Nazi-Fascist wannabe authoritarian dictator, who has probably not told the truth ever in his public life. Additionally, he is a grifter and a walking crime wave.
Aside from the baggage that comes with being the head of a militaristic worldwide empire, for the majority of his detractors, President Biden’s primary knock is that he is old. He would be the oldest president in US history. However, agewise, his likely opponent, the ex-president, is not far behind, though he is also narcissistic and senile, and thus, President Biden comes out smelling like a rose for 2024. Again, not because he’s a great leader, but compared to the ex-president, anyone who’s not a mass murderer looks good. Personally, I would vote for anyone from AOC’s squad.
Actually, there’s a flaw in the US electoral system that permits the likes of persons that stage insurrections and who fail to recognize the legitimacy of the duly elected president of the nation. In this case, he continues to insist that he is the nation’s legitimate president.
All of the three factors above should be disqualifiers. Unless there is undeniable proof in court of a stolen election, to qualify for office, a candidate should be required to publicly recognize current officeholders. Further, candidates should not be able to claim they are officeholders, when they clearly are not. And finally, those leading insurrections should not simply be barred from ever seeking office, but should be prosecuted promptly for such a crime. If innocent, they should be free and also free to run for any office.
That said, what does it say about a party where 70% of them would vote for the ex-president even if he were convicted of serious crimes? Which points to another disqualifier: anyone convicted of felonies should not be permitted to run for any public office, either.

Su hijo menor, Barron, quien probablemente escribe su material de redes sociales, según el expresidente, “es alto”.
Bueno, Eric es rubio. Junior es un chip del viejo bloque. Y a Melania… a ella realmente no le importa. ¿Tú?
Con respecto al ex presidente como Bernie, no hay que olvidar que es un cobarde misógino supremacista blanco nazi-fascista aspirante a dictador autoritario, que probablemente nunca ha dicho la verdad en su vida pública. Además, es un estafador y una ola de delincuencia ambulante.
Aparte del equipaje que conlleva ser el jefe de un imperio mundial militarista, para la mayoría de sus detractores, el principal golpe del presidente Biden es que es viejo. Sería el presidente de mayor edad en la historia de Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, en cuanto a la edad, su probable oponente, el expresidente, no se queda atrás, aunque también es narcisista y senil, y así, el presidente Biden sale oliendo a una rosa para las elecciones del 2024. De nuevo, no porque sea un gran líder, sino porque que comparado con el expresidente, cualquiera que no sea un asesino en masa se ve bien. Personalmente, votaría por cualquiera del equipo de Alexandria Ocasio Cortez..
En realidad, hay una falla en el sistema electoral de los Estados Unidos que permite personas como las que organizan insurrecciones y que no reconocen la legitimidad del presidente de la nación debidamente elegido. En este caso, sigue insistiendo en que él es el presidente legítimo de la nación.
Los tres factores anteriores deberían ser descalificadores. A menos que exista una prueba innegable en el tribunal de una elección robada, para calificar para un cargo, se debe exigir a un candidato que reconozca públicamente a los titulares actuales. Además, los candidatos no deberían poder afirmar que son funcionarios, cuando claramente no lo son. Y, por último, a los líderes de las insurrecciones no se les debe prohibir simplemente que busquen un cargo, sino que se les debe procesar sin demora por tal delito. Si son inocentes, deberían ser libres y también libres para postularse para cualquier cargo.
Dicho esto, ¿qué dice de un partido donde el 70% de ellos votarían por el expresidente aunque fuera condenado por delitos graves? Lo que apunta a otro descalificador: a cualquier persona condenada por delitos graves tampoco se le debe permitir postularse para ningún cargo público.
